Simply copy "Ami322.cnv" into
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\TEXTCONV
 
Then the next time you boot Word, you will be able to open Ami Pro files ( select all files *.* to see them ),
Or save a Word file as an Ami Pro file ( goto Save As..., and then select "Ami Pro [*.sam]" from the drop down menu ).
